Leadership and Teamwork in Digital Projects #5
On May 14, the "Leadership and Teamwork in Digital Projects" course held its final technical session. A strong turnout of 96 participants gathered to explore how modern leaders navigate fast-changing, complex environments: "Reflexion, Inclusion and Ethical Leadership" alongside "Leading in Agile and Dynamic Digital Projects."
Trainer Anna Rodríguez Casadevall brought the 5-week course content to a meaningful close. Drawing on her extensive expertise in intercultural dialogue and transformative learning, Anna highlighted that true digital leadership goes beyond speed and adaptability—it requires an unwavering commitment to ethics, diversity, and continuous self-reflection.
The session centered around two foundational pillars of modern project leadership:
Agile Leadership in Dynamic Environments: How to lead remote teams with flexibility, adapting quickly to changing project requirements while maintaining momentum and clear strategic direction.
Inclusion & Ethical Leadership: Principles for fostering inclusive virtual spaces, leading with empathy, and making responsible, value-driven decisions in tech-enabled youth work.
Meanwhile, on the DigiSkill e-learning platform, the 96 learners engaged in reflective exercises to evaluate their growth across the course and synthesize their personal digital leadership philosophies. This hybrid approach ensured participants concluded the technical modules fully equipped to lead agile, inclusive, and high-impact digital initiatives.
The DigiSkill project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
