On April 30, the "Leadership and Teamwork in Digital Projects" course reached its midway point. In this third session, 97 participants joined the live classroom to explore a vital leadership challenge in virtual spaces: "Communication and Motivation in Digital Environments."

Under the expert guidance of trainer Anna Rodríguez Casadevall, the session addressed how to keep digital teams engaged, proactive, and connected when working remotely. Leveraging her 15+ years of experience in designing transformative learning environments, Anna emphasized that online motivation doesn't happen by accident—it requires intentional leadership and human-centered digital practices.

The core learning outcomes were structured around two main pillars:

  • Foster Active Online Collaboration: Strategies for creating inclusive virtual spaces where team members feel empowered to share ideas, co-create solutions, and take ownership of tasks.

  • Maintain Remote Motivation: Practical techniques to boost engagement, combat digital fatigue, and build intrinsic motivation within distributed project teams.

Meanwhile, on the DigiSkill e-learning platform, the corresponding module challenged the 97 participants to evaluate team dynamics through interactive exercises. This hybrid setup ensured learners walked away with actionable tools to keep their digital project teams inspired and high-performing.

The DigiSkill project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
