DIGISKILL WEBINAR SERIES: BPWCR #1

The new year began with one of the most inspiring career trajectories the Digiskill community has seen yet. On January 15, 2026, BPW Czech Republic (BPWCR) launched its first webinar of the series: "From Au-pair to General Manager: Real-Life Lessons in Working, Studying, and Leading Abroad." The session drew 28 participants, all eager to learn the mechanics of international career growth from someone who lived it from the ground up.

The webinar was led by Mariana Ludanyiova, whose professional journey serves as a masterclass in resilience and global adaptability. Mariana pulled back the curtain on her own life, sharing how she navigated the challenges of moving abroad, balancing demanding studies with work, and progressively breaking through glass ceilings to reach the executive level as a General Manager.

Mariana’s real-life lessons focused on key milestones for international success:

• The Power of Adaptability: Embracing entry-level international experiences (like being an au-pair) as foundational steps to build language fluency and cultural intelligence.
