On June 18, the second session of the "Problem Solving and Digital Tools in Digital Projects" course brought together 88 participants to explore how modern digital tools foster creative solutions, team alignment, and continuous project oversight.

Trainer Anna Rodríguez Casadevall guided the cohort through integrating innovative practices into daily project workflows. Emphasizing that digital tools are most powerful when backed by an open organizational culture, Anna demonstrated how digital environments can enhance both real-time collaboration and long-term project monitoring.

The session centered on two foundational pillars:

  • Creativity, Innovation & Organisational Culture: Applying practical innovation techniques and establishing digital decision-making frameworks that cultivate an adaptable, forward-thinking team culture.

  • Collaboration, Monitoring & Evaluation: Utilizing digital platforms for seamless team communication, along with integrated systems for continuous tracking, evaluation, and quality control.

Meanwhile, on the DigiSkill e-learning platform, the 88 learners engaged with practical exercises designed to test digital monitoring tools and evaluate collaborative workflows. This hands-on approach ensures young project managers are well-equipped to combine creative problem solving with rigorous evaluation.

The DigiSkill project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
