On June 11, the third DigiSkill Interactive Open Online Course, "Problem Solving and Digital Tools in Digital Projects," officially launched. In this opening session, 99 participants connected on Zoom to dive into a crucial area for project efficiency: "Understanding Problem Solving in Project Management."

Once again led by trainer Anna Rodríguez Casadevall—drawing on her 15+ years of experience in transformative learning and intercultural collaboration—the session demonstrated how to diagnose project roadblocks and select the right digital stack to streamline workflows and data collection.

The session focused on two essential pillars of modern problem solving:

  • Structured Problem Solving & Tool Selection: Frameworks for analyzing project challenges systematically, selecting appropriate digital tools, and building efficient, automated workflows.

  • Planning & Data-Driven Decision Making: Leveraging digital tools for project scheduling, planning, and using data insights to make informed project adjustments.

Meanwhile, on the DigiSkill e-learning platform, the 99 learners began exploring interactive modules designed to help them audit their current toolsets and practice data-backed decision-making. This hybrid start ensures participants are ready to turn complex project obstacles into structured, tech-driven solutions.

The DigiSkill project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
