DIGISKILL MILESTONES: Leadership and teamwork in digital projects Concluded!

We have officially reached our second major educational milestone! The second DigiSkill Interactive Open Online Course, "Leadership and Teamwork in Digital Projects," has come to a successful close, equipping young leaders with the human-centered skills needed to navigate, motivate, and guide virtual teams.

Over five intensive weeks, our cohort explored the core dimensions of modern digital leadership. Led by expert trainer Anna Rodríguez Casadevall, participants journeyed from defining the role of a digital youth project leader to mastering remote team communication, driving online motivation, resolving virtual conflicts, and adopting agile, ethical leadership practices. By combining weekly live Zoom sessions with interactive exercises on the DigiSkill e-learning platform, participants turned leadership theory into practical digital strategy.

The Impact in Numbers & Results

• 71 Certified Digital Leaders: A huge congratulations to the dedicated participants who successfully completed all requirements, submitted their coursework, and earned their official certificates!

• Human-Centered Skillset: End-of-course reflections show a marked increase in participant confidence when managing remote team dynamics, navigating stakeholder expectations, and building inclusive, culturally aware virtual workspaces.

This achievement marks another vital step forward for the DigiSkill community. These 71 certified leaders are now fully equipped to foster trust, resolve friction, and drive collaborative success across international and local youth projects.
