In a digital landscape flooded with glamorous startup myths, what does it actually take to launch a business from scratch? On March 20, 2026, the Digiskill project addressed this exact question in the webinar: "What You Actually Need to Start a Business?" Hosted by Youth Power, this fifth session saw a massive turnout of 42 participants looking for practical, real-world guidance instead of theoretical business models.

The masterclass was led by Milica Jovičić, an expert who brought a refreshing, no-nonsense perspective to entrepreneurship. Milica bypassed the standard corporate jargon to pull back the curtain on the fundamental, often overlooked elements of launching a successful venture, proving that a giant capital investment or a massive team isn't always the starting point.

The webinar focused on stripping away the noise and establishing three core pillars:

• The Problem-Solution Fit: Understanding how to validate a business idea by focusing entirely on a real, existing pain point in the market rather than over-engineering a product.

• Lean Resource Management: Practical strategies for launching a minimum viable product (MVP) using accessible digital tools, keeping overhead low, and optimizing available resources.

• The Entrepreneurial Mindset: Overcoming the fear of failure, learning to pivot quickly based on consumer feedback, and building the psychological resilience needed to navigate the early stages of a business.

Milica’s pragmatic approach successfully shifted the participants' perspective from "planning endlessly" to "executing smartly." This session perfectly encapsulates the Youth Power mission within the Digiskill framework: empowering young people to become proactive creators of their own economic futures rather than passive job seekers.

As the 5th of 12 webinars from Youth Power, this event marks nearly the halfway point of the series, leaving a highly motivated group of 42 future entrepreneurs equipped with the clarity and digital confidence to build their own paths.
