From a simple spark of inspiration to a project that transforms a community—how is that bridge built? On November 7, the Digiskill project hosted its second webinar led by Youth Power: "Be the Change - Project Ideas with Purpose." The session was a resounding success, drawing 31 participants eager to turn their social visions into reality.
The masterclass was conducted by Armin Cerkez, a heavyweight in the field of youth empowerment. As the founder and CEO of both Youth Power and YEAH (Youth Empowerment & Action Hub), Armin brought over 20 years of expertise and a track record of leading more than 100 international projects. His presence provided participants with a rare "behind-the-scenes" look at what makes a project proposal not just good, but successful.
The webinar focused on the architecture of impact:
Meaningful Foundations: How to identify real community needs and align them with a project’s core purpose.
Proposal Mastery: Practical tips on writing well-structured, professional project proposals that capture the attention of stakeholders and funders.
From Idea to Action: Strategies to ensure that projects are sustainable and create a lasting, positive difference in society.
Armin’s insights reminded the young audience that while digital tools are essential for management, the "heart" of a project is what truly drives change. This session successfully combined technical writing skills with the motivational energy needed to lead in the 21st century.
As the 2nd of 12 webinars from Youth Power, this event continues to broaden the horizons of the Digiskill participants, equipping them with the leadership skills necessary to become proactive global citizens.
