Agile Project Management and Scrum #2
On September 10, the second session of the "Agile Project Management and Scrum" course brought together 114 participants to move from agile theory into practical implementation: "Implementing Agile: Creating an Agile Environment."
Trainer Armin Cerkez led the session, drawing on his extensive background in coordinating international Erasmus+ initiatives and leading multicultural teams. Armin guided the cohort through the operational steps needed to build a supportive agile culture and systematically prioritize work in dynamic project settings.
The session was structured around two key pillars:
Creating an Agile Environment: Fostering a team culture grounded in adaptability, continuous feedback, self-organization, and open digital collaboration.
Product & Sprint Backlogs: Frameworks for constructing, refining, and prioritizing the Product Backlog, as well as breaking down high-priority items into a focused Sprint Backlog.
Meanwhile, on the DigiSkill e-learning platform, the 114 participants engaged with practical exercises to practice backlog grooming and task estimation. This hands-on approach ensures young leaders can structure chaotic project demands into clear, actionable workflows.
The DigiSkill project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
