DIGISKILL WEBINAR SERIES: YOUTH POWER #1

In an era of constant connectivity, how do we protect our most valuable asset—our well-being? On October 24, the Digiskill project launched its first webinar hosted by Youth Power, titled "Finding Balance Between the Online and Offline World." This session brought together 21 participants to discuss the vital necessity of digital boundaries.


The webinar was led by Amra Kuljancic, a fitness coach and professional with over 14 years of experience at the intersection of sports, digital work, and personal development. Amra’s unique background allowed her to bridge the gap between high-performance digital productivity and the physical requirements of a healthy lifestyle.


During this interactive session, participants explored:

  • Digital Connectivity & Mental Health: Understanding the psychological impact of being "always on" and how to recognize signs of digital burnout.

  • The Power of Boundaries: Practical strategies for creating a sustainable balance between screen time and real-world presence.

  • Resilience & Activity: Amra shared expert tips on staying physically active and building mental resilience to thrive in a fast-paced society.


This webinar highlights a crucial pillar of the Digiskill project: digital skill is not just about technical proficiency, but also about the wisdom to manage technology healthily. As the first of 12 webinars from Youth Power, this event set a high standard for nurturing the "human side" of the digital era.
