DIGISKILL WEBINAR SERIES: KILSAH CONSULTING #3
Great business ideas often fail not from a lack of passion, but from a lack of systematic execution. On August 22, 2025, the Digiskill project explored how to bridge this gap in the webinar: "Using Project Management Concepts to Start and Grow Your Business." Hosted by Kilsah Consulting, this third session drew a large crowd of 51 participants ready to treat their entrepreneurial dreams with professional rigor.
The workshop was led by Esmeal T. Sheriff, an expert in business strategy and operational frameworks. Esmeal brought a clear, highly structured approach to the virtual stage, demonstrating that an emerging business is essentially a series of interconnected projects that require scope control, resource allocation, and risk management to survive and scale.
The masterclass provided a practical blueprint for turning ideas into scalable enterprises:
From Idea to Deliverables: How to break down a big business vision into actionable project milestones, deliverables, and manageable timelines.
Resource & Risk Management: Applying professional risk assessment frameworks to identify potential business pitfalls early and optimize limited capital.
Agile Scaling: Utilizing iterative project management methodologies (such as Agile and Kanban) to adapt products and services based on real-time market feedback.
Esmeal’s insights transformed the way participants viewed business creation. By treating startup launches through the structured lens of project management, attendees gained the operational discipline needed to mitigate failure and build sustainable, high-growth ventures.
As the 3rd of 12 webinars hosted by Kilsah Consulting, this session reinforced a vital Digiskill message: that successful entrepreneurship in the digital age relies as much on organized execution as it does on innovation.
