DIGISKILL WEBINAR SERIES: KILSAH CONSULTING #2

On July 25, 2025, the Digiskill project tackled the hidden friction points of global collaboration in the webinar: "Bridging Cultural Gaps: Strategies for Effective Communication Across Cultures." Hosted by Kilsah Consulting, this second session brought together 33 participants to master the art of cross-cultural intelligence.

The virtual stage was led by Ebun Ejirinde-Emelogu, a specialist skilled at unpacking the nuances of diverse professional spaces. Ebun addressed a challenge that many young professionals face but few know how to articulate: how to genuinely connect with global clients and colleagues when underlying cultural expectations differ.

The masterclass provided participants with actionable strategies to navigate diverse teams:

• Building Borderless Trust: Practical frameworks for working seamlessly with global clients and fostering inclusivity within multicultural projects.

By pivoting from the technical automations of their previous webinar to the vital realm of emotional and cultural intelligence, Kilsah Consulting highlighted that a successful digital career requires both hard and soft skills.

As the 2nd of 12 webinars in Kilsah's series, this session left attendees with a clear roadmap for turning cultural diversity into a powerhouse for team innovation and global networking.
