DIGISKILL WEBINAR SERIES: ASSOCIAÇÃO SPIN #2

How do you keep a team of ten people aligned when they are spread across five native languages and three different time zones? This was the practical challenge addressed on October 22 during the second Digiskill Live Webinar: "1 team, 3 time zones, 5 native languages, 10 people."

Hosted by Associação Spin, this technical session gathered 25 participants for a deep dive into the logistics and psychology of effective online meetings. Returning guest speaker Anna Rodríguez Casadevall utilized her extensive experience across the EU, Latin America, and Asia to move beyond theory and into the "command center" of global collaboration.

The session provided participants with a toolkit for:

  • Optimizing Virtual Meetings: How to manage time zone friction and ensure every voice is heard in multilingual settings.

  • Effective Speech & Clarity: Techniques for delivering impactful messages and ensuring your "voice" carries weight in a digital environment.

  • Diverse Team Coordination: Balancing different cultural communication styles to reach shared goals faster.

While our Online Dialogues often explore the "why" of culture, this webinar was strictly about the "how." Anna’s "bright side" approach helped demystify the complexities of remote work, turning potential barriers like language and time into opportunities for stronger, more inclusive team dynamics.

As the second in the series of 12 webinars from Associação Spin, this event continues to build the practical bridge between intercultural theory and the high-performance digital workplace.
