DIGISKILL WEBINAR SERIES: ASSOCIAÇÃO SPIN #4

In a digital world that never sleeps, how do we stay productive without losing our sense of self? On December 16, the Digiskill project addressed the "digital productivity paradox" in its fourth webinar hosted by Associação Spin: "Work Smarter, Not Harder." The session welcomed 22 participants for a deep dive into healthy productivity and time management.

The webinar was led by Gaia Mascioli, a specialist in Intercultural Cooperation and an organizational pillar at Spin. Having lived in four different countries, Gaia shared her personal and professional journey in mastering a balanced lifestyle. Her profile—deeply social and focused on human connections—provided a refreshing perspective on how to prevent remote work from becoming a source of frustration.

The conversation centered on practical strategies for "healthy productivity":

  • The Productivity Paradox: Exploring why being constantly "busy" online doesn't always mean being effective, and how to break that cycle.

  • Smart Digital Tools: A curated look at the best applications and strategies to streamline tasks and free up mental space.

  • Creating Personal Space: Techniques to ensure that digital work stays within boundaries, leaving plenty of room for activities that provide true fulfillment outside of the professional sphere.

Gaia’s approach emphasized that organization is not just about ticking boxes, but about creating freedom. By mastering these digital tools, young professionals can ensure that technology serves their lives, rather than the other way around.

As we conclude this fourth installment of Associação Spin’s 12-part series, the Digiskill project continues to prove that being "digitally skilled" includes the vital ability to manage one's time and energy in a sustainable way.
